Summer is here!

July brings warmer weather, trips to the beach, kids home from school, and more gigs, of course!  I am still riding the high from the cd release concert which took place at the Harwich Junior Theatre on June 27th.  Heartfelt thanks to all who were there - both physically and in spirit.  It was an amazing event and I will carry the positive energy and love I felt that night for a long time to come.

Every Saturday night from 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. I will be playing the s'mores bonfire at the Lighthouse Inn in West Dennis. This is my absolute favorite gig.  It is family friendly, and you just can't beat the view, a view that has inspired many of the songs on my recently released CD Spark.  Come enjoy an early dinner and then mosey on over to the bonfire to end the night with a delicious s'more and some local live music!

Wednesdays find me hosting open mic at Harvest Gallery Wine Bar in Dennis.  Be sure to get there early - the list goes out at 7:00 p.m. and is often full by 7:10.  Depending on how many musicians sign up, 2 or 3 song sets run from 7:30 - 10:30.  PA, cords, mics & stands provided.

I will be hosting open mic at O'Shea's Olde Inne in West Dennis on Monday, July 14th.  This will kick off with the "originals-encouraged-acoustic-unplugged-around-the-trunk-singer-songwriter-circle" from 7:30 - 8:30 p.m., then we'll amplify from 8:30 - 11:30 p.m.

On Friday, July 18th, you'll find me at the New Church Audience Room where favorite local band 6 East will be celebrating the release of their second album entitled Rising. Catie Flynn opens.  I am really looking forward to this event!

I will be featured at O'Shea's on Sunday, July 27th after the session ends at 9:00 p.m.  I will be playing a mix of originals and upbeat cover tunes and might be joined by a rhythm section - time will tell!

And there will be no open mic at O'Shea's on Monday, July 28, because Slaid Cleaves will be taking the stage!  This event is sponsored by Vinegrass Music FestivalTickets are $20 each and selling fast!  You do not want to miss the chance to see Slaid in this intimate setting.  I have a few physical tickets left to sell, so come find me!
